We sincerely hope that you never wish to cancel an order with is or feel the need for an exchange or refund.
However, we understand that no matter how strict our quality control is, there may be missing parts or damages which require repair or replacement.

Cancelling an item Before Delivery

Standard items

You can cancel your order for a full refund if you have bought online or by phone within 14 days of making your purchase.

Bespoke/Tailored Items

These must be cancelled over 7 days prior to delivery in order to receive a full refund.

On Delivery

Take time to inspect your purchase upon delivery whilst the drivers/installation team are at your premises.

Any issues should be reported to the delivery driver straight away who will report to us. Any issues not noted with the drivers must be conveyed to us with photographs within 14 days of delivery.

If the building/item is faulty and needs to be rectified or parts replaced, this will be arranged free of charge. This does not include damages caused by factors out of our control such as adverse weather, flooding, vandalism, fire or accidental damage. Replacement parts will usually be dispatched within 10 working days subject to stock levels.

If you are not happy and do not wish to keep your purchase on delivery. Return the goods with the driver in their entirety.  We will give you a full refund including any delivery charges.


For all standard buildings if once you have accepted a delivery you change your mind. As defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 will either need to arrange to return the goods at your own cost or a collection/restocking fee will be applied.  This will be based on the size/weight/location of the building and deducted from any refund due. This fee will be agreed in writing prior to the collection of the building. We will solely cover the costs incurred to collect an item.  We will not profit from any charges for this service.


You must notify us of your desire to return the product within 14 days of receipt of the order. The goods will need to be re packaged in the original packaging where applicable and returned in the same re-saleable condition as they were when we delivered them to you. Any changes made such as treating or painting the Garden Building or altering the building structurally in any way will mean we can not accept the return.


Any returns will be inspected and refunds issued within 14 days.

If you should need to contact us please do this in writing.  Please including photographs of the building/product along with a description of the defect. Ensure you include your name, order number and delivery postcode, to ensure we can assist you accordingly.
